TOWNS WITH BURN BANS
- Local Burn Ban: Suspends any issued burning permits; no new permits issued
- State of Emergency: Indicates that the issuing authority (town supervisor or County Exec, etc) has implemented additional laws due to special circumstances (ie. due to drought) to cover a period of 30 days, unless renewed
- Executive Order: A law prohibiting specific criteria such as open burns, cooking fire unless in a grill, etc.
