FROM: ULSTER COUNTY PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE DATE: January 8, 2004 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE JANUARY 9, 2004 HOLIDAY CLOSING Ulster County Legislature Chairman Richard Gerentine has announced that various Ulster County offices will be closed to business all day on Monday, January 19, 2004, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. According to Chairman Gerentine, all essential services, including the Sheriff’s Department, County Jail, Golden Health Care Center and Fire Control Center will be maintained. In addition, the Ulster County Rural Transportation Mini-Bus will not be in operation on this holiday. For further information, contact the Ulster County Personnel Department. |
